It's incredible how different each pregnancy can be. With Adrienne- there was little to no complaints. Of course, usual aches and pains were not brought to my attention until a silly little toddler was running around wanting me to keep up with her.
Thankfully, I was able to remember a few helpful tips+tricks that worked the first time around and wanted to share them with you.
Make sure to stock up on the following items to help ease your way into pregnancy, quickly followed by birth.
- Body Pillows. Regardless of being pregnant or not, I absolutely love pillows. Everywhere. So a body pillow was a no brainer. They definitely help with all of those uncomfortable nights of tossing and turning.
- Yoga Pants. I'm not a fan of pregnancy jeans at all. As comfortable as that wide elastic band may be for some- I just could never get into it. I also wanted to spend as little money on clothes as I could. You'd be surprised with how long your able to keep wearing all of your regular clothes- yoga pants included.
- Chiropractic Appointments. If you've never been to a chiropractor before- now is definitely the time to schedule an appointment. They really know what their doing and can help eliminate that agonizing back pain that slowly but surely creeped up on you.
