My kids are snackers. There's no doubt about it.
As much as I incorporate fruits and veggies into meals, there are days they don't always eat as much of the good stuff as I'd like. Which is why I've started to watch more closely to what kind of snacks we pick out.
Instead of grabbing chips, we opt for granola bites or crackers from my superfoods.
It's got just the nutrients they need to keep them energized and feeling full. With flavors like chocolate chip, blueberry, and honey, I can't help but nibble on them myself.
