Larissa over at Just Another Day In Paradise shared this recipe on her blog this week and I decided to try it out for dinner this evening. I didn't use any broth, instead I substituted it with some tomato paste and kidney beans. The homemade cheese was incredibly easy to make and the whole entire dish itself was deliscious! I just love finding new and yummy recipes that I know Adrienne will love.
