Why We Love Walmart.

Walmart is definitely our go-to store. Since we live in a small town, it's one of the only 24 hour multi-purpose stores around. With two crazy children in tow and a sleep deprived fiancé from working such late hours- it's a dead given we need a store that has their baby items and plenty of groceries.

It's the only place I'm able to take both children by myself without losing my mind. There's no need to take them in and out of the car, into multiple stores just to check everything off my list. Plus, the incentive of a small toy for good behavior never hurt anyone.

So this past week, we did exactly just that. With our pen and paper in hand, two freshly napped children, and one caffeinated mama- we set out for a special grocery shopping trip.

I wanted to make something we hadn't necessarily had before, possibly something with a twist to it. & that would easily be approved by Richard, as he tends to be picky with our menu items.

So what fun new meal could I come up with?
It had to be something that our favorite I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread could be used with. With 70% less saturated fat than butter and 30% less calories, who wouldn't want to make their spreads a part of each meal.

Come back next week to see what recipe I decided to put a twist on!!

Cooking your favorite recipes using Unilever buttery spreads is a deliciously smart move. With 0g trans fats per serving, less saturated fat and fewer calories than butter, cholesterol-free spreads are a better option.
