I've always had trouble with acne through out the years. It was never anything a little make up couldn't fix. After two pregnancies though, it just seemed to get worse. I now have a few acne scars on the side of my face and am constantly breaking out. I feel like Ive tried every product under the sun when it comes to acne treatment. I always stuck with basic brands found in major retail stores since a. I wasn't willing to pay much for something that more then likely wasn't going to work and b. it's always been hard finding a product for sensitive skin.

Proactiv+ came along at just the right time. I had heard some positive feedback from a friend and decided I should test it out for myself.  I've been using these products for the past six weeks, twice a day (once in the morning and at night). I was surprised at how fast I was able to notice results. There's definitely been a difference in my complexion. The different creams don't leave my face feeling dry or irritated. Although I still break out occasionally, I'm thankful to see a major difference in my acne scars.


There are four main lotions that I use first. The Skin Smoothing Exfoliater, Pore Targeting Treatment, Dark Spot Correcting Serum, and the Complexion Perfecting Hydrator. Then before bed, I'll use the skin purifying mask. Instead of using it all over though, I only put in on specific problem areas that have broken out and leave it on over night (it seems to help a little more!).

Here's a before and after shot. The only make up I have on is eyeliner and mascara, no foundation or concealer of any sort. I normally don't wear so little make up or rock a messy bun in photos, so I was more then nervous to put these up. But, you can definitely see the difference in the color of my overall complexion and how clear my skin looks now. I'm glad to have found something to works for me. Finally.
