Kids II Ingenuity Cozy Coo Sway Seat [Review & Giveaway]
Site. Facebook. Twitter.
I have to give him credit though, I've never seen a baby smile as much as he does. For the amount of tears and spit up we've seem through out the past (almost) five months, it amazes me that there has always been a smile on his face.
Anyways.
The seat we had from when Adrienne was born just wasn't cutting it anymore. It brought no relief to this little guys life, so something had to change.
And change it did. The Kids II Ingenuity Cozy coo Swat Seat is what changed. Changed our colic for the better.
I rushed to rip open the package and put that baby together. Putting it together was a piece of cake. No joke.
I think more companies need to take note when it comes to assembly cause I've definitely had my fair share of nightmare experiences with trying to put a baby product together.
I took Zack out of his exersaucer and put him right into his new seat.
The first thing I noticed was how high up it was from the ground.
A great aspect for those that have crazy silly toddlers running around and don't want them to interfere with your little one. And much easier on your back so you don't have to bend down so far each and every time you want to put them in or pick them up as apposed to floor seats.
The pattern is ridiculously cute. Gender neutral. And the fabric is oh so soft. If only I could fit into it for a quick nap.
The seat itself is a great size.
Zack is growing like crazy (he was 8.5oz at birth and now is currently 17.7oz at the 5 month mark) and we needed something that he would not only comfortably fit into now but also as the months pass us by.
Even Adrienne has climbed herself in there and fallen asleep for an occasional nap or two.
The newborn head support is awesome. Definitely wide enough that I feel like we will be able to leave it on there for quite some time now.
There's also a five point harness, lion mobile, and the option to either plug the seat into an outlet or be battery operated.
There are also several different options to choose from once your little one is safely strapped in.
- soothing vibrations
- swing
- 30-45-60 minute time frames that can be set
- volume
- calming music or nature sounds
The Kids II Ingenuity Cozy Coo Sway Seat is such an incredible packaged deal.

I know I've touched base in a few different posts on how Zack was quite the colic baby.
After all of the constant poking and prodding for tests during his two week hospital stay, our poor boy needed soothing comfort much more then before.
But who could blame him? With all that he went through, I would want extra snuggles myself.
All seemed to be under control while I was still breastfeeding on demand. Sure there were definitely some rough moments, but he seemed to be able too be soothed either by being rocked in his previous seat or just by being held.
Once my milk supply ended unexpectedly (not without an incredible amount of techniques to save it!) and had to turn to formula is when I really noticed our boy was becoming incredible colic.
No matter what we did, he was still always either spitting up practically everything that went down or crying in pain from gas.
I have to give him credit though, I've never seen a baby smile as much as he does. For the amount of tears and spit up we've seem through out the past (almost) five months, it amazes me that there has always been a smile on his face.
