This year has been filled with video games upon video games. The obsession of just about every young kid right now- Minecraft. Both of our kids are in love with building their own land and collecting supplies, venturing into new lands. We have all of the guide books (thanks in part to finding an entire set at the thrift store- major score! and toys you can imagine. So it came to no surprise that's what Z wanted for his birthday theme this year. This was his first year to finally invite all of his school friends and have a big party somewhere fun- he ended up picking the skating rink, but I still wanted to decorate the house for him to wake up to on his birthday.
