30 Day Shred.

After hearing so much buzz about the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels and my need to get back into shape, we took the dive and bought her dvd. I started Day 1 this morning (while little miss was napping) and absolutely love it!



The mix of cardio, abs, and strength training definitely kicked my butt today. It's been several hours and I can already feel the soreness in my legs. I'm starting out on level one (can't wait to see what level 2 & 3 are like!) and will keep updating everyone on the results as they show up.
