I've tried whitening my teeth in the past with teeth whitening strips and specialized toothpaste. No matter what I've tried in the past, nothing has quite been able to keep these teeth white enough for my liking. That is until I discovered Smile Brilliant. They contacted me about trying one of their teeth whitening kits and I honestly couldn't be more pleased with my results.
Smile Brilliant sends custom made trays straight to your door. No dentist visit required! You can choose how many whitening gels and your sensitivity level to find the perfect match for you.
When your kit arrives, the first thing you'll want to do is make your impressions. You'll be sent three sets of paste (each with a base paste and a catalyst paste) that need to be mixed together and put into your teeth whitening trays to create your impressions. The extra set is there in case you mess up on your first try, so don't sweat it if you feel the need to re-do one of them.
After you've made your impressions, you'll want to mail them out with the three way postage stamped package thats inside your kit. It can take between days for your custom made trays to be made. Once you finally receive them, you'll want to apply a thin strip of the whitening gel across both trays.
It's recommended to start off leaving your trays in for 45 minutes and then gradually working your way up to 1-2 hours. After you use the whitening gel, you'll need to rinse them off and apply another thin layer of the desensitizing gel (if you choose a package that included them). The desensitizing gel should be left on for an additional 20 minutes.
Depending on your sensitivity level, you can whiten everyday or every other. Results can usually be seen within the first two weeks.
